2nd Opinions Can save you $$$

This customer got my number from one of her friends, this was in the
heat of last summer, the customer asked me if I'd look at her a/c, the
last technician told her it needed to be replaced. Ok, I looked at her
a/c and you couldn't guess what I found. The technician had taken all
the wires off the unit. I guess he figured no one could put them back.
Well I have a lot of training on that. I replaced all the wires in
about 1 hour. Oiled all the motors and placed this unit back in
operation. I know everyone can't afford a new unit. Technicians
shouldn't be cheating people to get work. That customer was out of
only $197.00. That unit is still in service running.
DON'T FORGET Those 2nd OPINIONS

Heating system located under house

This furnace was in a low space. I consider this space to be defined as
Confined space. No one should go into a space this low without assistance.
There should be extra charges for a space as low as this one

Custom made door

We made the tenant a custom door. We saved her from buying a new
unit, which would probably cost them around $5000.00, but only cost
them $85.00

Rooftop heating & A/C unit

After we checked around, we found they were cleaning the trash off
roof, someone threw the tenants door to her unit away. They were cold
in that building

80% Efficient with a 2 ton air conditioning coil

This unit was installed in the basement of a home in the mid-town area.

Nice installation

This installation was done in the Metro area of Atlanta Ga
Nice looking job.

Busted compressor

This is the result of extreme pressure. Customer should have had a
maintenance contract, maybe this could have been avoided

Heating system located in crawl space.

Do you hesitate to go into crawl space and change filters in your heating system?
These are a few tips to breathing clean air
Dirty filters only stop up you heating system.
Dirty filters make your system run 30% harder to overcome the the loss of air to the return
Dirty filters cause your furnace to run hotter in the fan section of the unit, causing motor to run hot and heat oil past its viscosity blowing seal and ruining bearings destroying motors. I will crawl under that house if located in metro Atlanta area and change that filter and look over your controls for loose connections preventing breakdowns and excessive repairs for 59.95 each unit.

The terminals blew out

This could have been avoided if only owner had a maintenance plan
